I finally took the image out of the article as an inline, but still included a link to it in the second paragraph.
This is so that people can be prepared for seeing a sexually explicit image; to protect those who expect the GF wiki to be safe to browse in a typical office environment; and to avoid the problem where the butt image shows up as a preview when people link to this article on Facebook -- or, because of how Wikia works, even when they link to certain other articles on the wiki.
The image is still in the main article as the center tile in the bingo card, but I have less of an issue there since it's smaller and not right at the top.
