While it is important to highlight the what Anita has done and the horrific harrassment she has recieved I think it is also important to ensure the articles on this wiki are not biased. There is legitimate criticism of Anita. For example she has done some unethical things that ultimately hurt feminists as a representative of femmist evaluation of videogames. Her analyses frequently have factual errors (an example would be accusing bioshock infinite of not having female law enforcement when they did) and she often describes things as absolutes. Her subject/object dichotomy proof can literally be used for anything as well. She is also guilty of purposeful ommission of details that hurt her arguments (the game that became starfox adventures was described as having a strong female playable character who was replaced by a male when in reality players would have been playing a male and female character. Players still played as Krystal in the begginning anyway). Finally she takes much of her footage from other videos without permission or due credit. She even took someone's drawing without permission for her videos. The art was later removed but it was not taken off quickly and with a weak apology. The image was copywrited and signed by the artist and it was taken straight off the website and the signature and copywrite were shamelessly removed. It is evident the Anita has her flaws. She has done well bring attention to gaming but I don't believe she should be protected when she fails or does wrong. Just to be clear for any other onlookers: Geek Feminism does not maintain a Neutral Point Of View, because there's no such thing. On other wikis, "N"POV arguments are often used to silence and gaslight marginalized people by placing upon them the burden of not just proof, but other people's reading comprehension. There are many places on the internet where folks are welcome to indulge the fiction that attacks on women in gaming have a single bleeping thing to do with ethics in games journalism. This is not one of those places.
