Bill of Rights text

- (It may be worth noting that the Bill of Rights does not, in fact, provide for an unqualified right to free speech. It merely forbids the government from passing laws that restrict free speech; and furthermore, the Supreme Court, via common law, has a limited authority to declare exceptions to this. Private organizations---such as this wiki---are free to restrict speech as they see fit within their bounds.)
I'm removing this to here for now. I'm not set on it not being in there, but it makes the entry extremely US-centric. Is there a link we could link to for the same effect? Thayvian 12:02, September 7, 2011 (UTC)
