Is the hate mail Heather Armstrong is documenting at Monetizing the Hate an example of online harrassment? I'm not sure: some of it seems to be on 'mere' vitriolic criticism to me, if there is a difference between them. Thayvian 03:38, September 18, 2009 (UTC)
- I think it's "mere" vitriolic criticism, but there is def some weird gendered stuff going on around that Maytag incident for sure. As someone, somewhere pointed out... if it were Robert Scoble bitching about his iPhone or something, nobody would be accusing him of being a pushy whining bitch like they are with Dooce. --Skud 06:56, September 18, 2009 (UTC)
