Count of female speakers
A crude estimate of the number of currently announced OSCON speakers yields 311 total:

Count of female attendees
I talked to Shirley Bailes (who works for O'Reilly doing this stuff) and asked whether we could get an estimate of the percentage of women at this conf. She said she'd look into it and get back to me. --Skud 23:44, 24 July 2008 (UTC)
