Led the creation and publication of an organizers' guide to "Making Employee and Client Events Welcoming to Non-Drinkers". [1]
Among the Ada Initiative Seed 100 Funders[2] and supported them throughout.
Led interview skills workshops, including at NYC PyLadies, with specific advice on handling inappropriate questions.[3]
Volunteered teaching Bootstrap for five years, and contributed materially to the curriculum, which introduces algebra through programming in sixth grade. The program is notable for starting early enough to have and to encourage gender balance in tech, and for targeting Title I schools.
