You hate women is a silencing tactic used to defend against accusations of sexism, typically when women's nudity and sexual objectification are in question. It is usually accompanied or replaced by elaborations such as:
- "You think all girl characters in games should be fat and ugly!"
- "You think all women should wear burqas!"
- "You hate seeing pretty women! You're just jealous because you can't get a boyfriend."
Incidents
- "(...) from what I can tell codahale has no appreciation for the female body, which quite frankly, I find offensive." comment on complaint about sexually objectifying promotion video (see Geeklist founders react badly to reporting sexism)
