Wall of text concerns

I don't want to revert from under you Azurelunatic, but I am concerned that Conference anti-harassment/Responding to reports is getting to be a bit wall-of-text. The longer it gets, the less likely organizers are to read it. I'm going to pull out the bracketed special case about employee-employee harassment, at the moment, since it isn't especially related to apologies. Thayvian (talk) 23:19, October 11, 2012 (UTC)
- Have also rearranged a bit, and removed the word "professional": at least in my geek communities, conferences don't describe themselves as "professional", and definitely cons don't.
