Not all geek women are feminists

Hi, @Vaurora. There's some discussion on the talk page for Not all geek women are feminists that you might want to weigh in on. We're figuring out how to distinguish the article as a personal essay rather than a normal wiki page. Jlstrecker 14:00, May 3, 2012 (UTC)

Special Interest Group

Hello,

I am interested in creating a SIG within geekfeminism.* with focus on the following:

1. Applied Feminist Perspectives (human non-discriminatory varieties)
2. Free Software Advocacy, Adoption and development (with a
socio-economic and cultural perspective) among women and gender
minorities.
3. Artificial Intelligence, Soft Computing.
4. Sexual and Gender Rights
5. Free Software Specifications with feminist focus.
6. Southeast Asia and India specific Issues

The exact differences would be on 5,6. The group would be interested in development of specs,  free s/w and knowledge modules for integration with distros. Off-line events may also happen.

How do I proceed if it is possible?

Thanks and Regards

Editorial guidelines being drafted

I'm leaving this message on all administrators' Talk pages. User:RickScott is leading the drafting of Meta:Editorial guidelines and it would be good if regular editors and admins could take a look and if need be add/edit/discuss so as to make them as useful as possible! Thanks. Thayvian (talk) 19:57, November 14, 2013 (UTC)
